Jack Kerouac at the Artists Club, New Years Eve, December 31st 1958", by Fred W. McDarrah. On the bottom right of the photo hand signed is "Jack Kerouac Dec 31st, 1958 -- Fred W. McDarrah" in McDarrah's hand signature. Written the back of the photo at the top in red ink is "Not for distribution @1979 by Fred W. McDarrah" underneath that in pencil it reads: "Jack Kerouac At Artists Club New Years Eve Party Dec 31st, 1958" and underneath that the number "86A" is written in blue ink. At the bottom of the photo there is a Blue Ink Stamp of a Copyright Notice. The dimensions of the photograph are 14"x11"
