Jacket Created for Cancelled Elvis Concert Tour, 1977

Rare Elvis Presley authentic “Elvis in Concert” winter tour jacket. These tour jackets were made and given to a select few of Elvis’ entourage. This particular jacket was personally given by Elvis to his fiancée, Ginger Alden in the summer of 1977 to wear for his upcoming fall concerts, which unfortunately never came to pass. The jacket is a men’s size 34 and has a red wool body, striped collar and black leather sleeves. A large “Elvis in concert” patch is on the left breast and Elvis’ T.C.B. (Taking Care of Business) logo is in gold on a white patch on the upper left sleeve. The inside label reads “tailored by Butwin” with Ginger’s name written in ink on the label. This jacket is in mint condition and a letter of authenticity from Ginger Alden is included.
