Jim Morrison is arguably the greatest lead singer in Rock and Roll History. Also, Jim is now being recognized as being of the most inspired poets of his generation with his Rimbaudesque influences. Jim turned his poetry into song lyrics and through his "shamanic" performances allowed audiences to “Break On Through to the Other Side” of spirituality and mysticism.

From the consignor:

I have been a big Doors fan since I saw them play in concert three times back in the 1960s at the Westbury Music Fair, the Fillmore East and the Felt Forum. I was able to touch Jim Morrison at Westbury Music Fair. Since that time, I have actively followed and studied the market for Morrison artifacts, and have been fortunate enough to accumulate some excellent items of Jim's.

Estimate: $1,500 - $2,500
