"Jacqueline Lee Bouvier" is signed below the description. The page inside the front cover has been filled out in Jacqueline's hand with the bearer's address of "'Merrywood,' McLean, Virginia" and in case of death to notify "Mrs H.D. Auchincloss, Merrywood, McLean, Virginia, USA." An extremely attractive black and white photograph of Jacqueline Bouvier is attached to page four with U.S. Dept. of Justice Immg. & Natz. Service stamps showing admittance to New York on Jun. 10, 1953, Sep. 12, 1954, and Oct. 11, 1955.
